All three of RAD3’s managing partners have an extensive history in designing telecommunication, power, water, gas, DAS, and site-specific traffic control. Our team has experience in providing various expedited right-of-way permits for excavation, occupancy, aerial/structure attachments, and restoration. Our belief is that for every delayed permit, there is also a construction crew sitting at home. By developing relationships with municipal authorities, understanding all standards involved with construction, and with consistent and precise communication, we consistently deliver permits despite the many pressures of the industry. 

Navigating the everchanging right-of-way landscape can be tricky, but our team of experts is experienced in providing successful consultative engineering work for our client partners. This may include proposed infrastructure feasibility studies, third party design reviews and submittals, grant application evaluations, and coordination with third party utilities, developers, or governmental authorities.
